"Covid" experience by a Medical doctor
*Do not* *worry at all. I* have seen the disease from close. 7 of My PGs were positive. They have made me wise. My conception about the disease is like this.
1. It is like any *influenza virus.
2. It enter our body through nose (aerosol) or through Oral cavity.
3. No mask filter virus.
4. As it is virus, it takes 3/4 days to grow in the cells. In this period the number of virus grow to clinically significant number.
5. I presume I have had exposure on daily basis.
6. I do warm saline gurgle and take effective steam inhalation immediately after returning home. I repeat whenever I feel
Necessary.
6. Almost all my department colleagues and relatives follow the same protocol.
7. PGs never follow any instruction, as you know very well.
8. NOW I FEEL, THIS DISEASE IS BETTER TO BE PREVENTED THAN TO BE TREATED.
