Recipe for Apple Lemonade

Ingredients:
2 Peeled apples
4 Peeled lemons
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Cups water
1 Cup ice

Combine all the above ingredients in a blender until it is thoroughly mixed.

Calories: 71
Fat : 0
Protein: 1gm
Sugar : 14 g

Note on Honey:
Although Honey is sweeter than sugar, honey has minerals, vitamin B, magnesium,  Potassium and calcium.
Unfortunately table sugar does not have these.
Moreover Honey does not raise the blood sugar level, because it is absorbed in the bloodstream slower  than table sugar.
Honey also has a soothing effect on the throat.
