Silver prices to go up

Silver  :
Presently  there's  a  shortage  of  silver  in  the  market . 
For example: American  Eagle  coins ,  the  waiting  is  about  2 months. We  pay  them  today  and  lock  the Silver price ,  we  get  delivery of the silver coins after  2  months .
People  estimate  silver prices to  go  up  hence  the  rationing .
The  thing  is  that  people  are  locking  the  price .  They  don't  mind  delivery after 2 months
