Almond Butter Recipe

Almond Butter Recipe
Time: Approximately 10 minutes
Ingredients
3 cups (440 g) unsalted roasted almonds
¼ cup (60 ml) canola oil

Directions
Place all ingredients into blender jar and secure lid.
Turn on blender and slowly increase speed to High.
Use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
Once the butter begins to flow freely through the blades, stop machine.
Store in an airtight container. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
Makes 420 grams of Almond butter

Travel Tips

Sanitizing Wipes:
Keep your personal space free of bacteria. Carry sanitizing wipes.
Airplane trays, steering wheel and arm rest of the rental car, Hotel TV remote, light switches to name  a few have been touched by so many people and we do not know how clean they are.
So wipe them with sanitizing wipes before you touch them.

Stomach disorder:
Travelling can cause indigestion, so stay hydrated (liquid helps to move food through the digestive system) and eat enough fiber.
From the breakfast buffet pick up an apple.
Carry high protein, high fiber and low sugar snacks.
